Shipping Information

We are delighted to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders, delivered securely via Australia Post. All deliveries require a signature on arrival to ensure your jewellery is received safely. Should delivery be attempted in your absence, your parcel will be held at your local Australia Post collection point, where valid identification will be required for collection.

Each William’s Jewellery piece is individually made to order, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow up to 6 weeks for production prior to dispatch. Once your jewellery is complete and on its way, you will receive shipping confirmation for your peace of mind.

Returns & Exchange Information

All William’s Jewellery items are made to order. Accordingly, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if an item is faulty, defective, or damaged during delivery. Customers must notify William’s Jewellery within 7 days of receiving their item(s), providing photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Once verified, William’s Jewellery may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or exchange.
